Either offsite with our dedicated site supervisors and manager, or in the Kewdale office working on initiatives with my colleagues.
Can you tell us about your proudest accomplishment at Kings so far?
Over the last six months we’ve introduced six new employees to the WA Kings business. I’ve found it very rewarding to be part of their interviewing and onboarding; I’ve gained a better insight into how I connect with others, how to help motivate my peers and ultimately create purpose within everything we do.
What about your most memorable moment?
One year I pickled olives and brought in a jar each for our drivers and customers as small gifts of appreciation. It brought many smiles and to this day I’m being asked when the next batch is going to be ready!
Describe the Kings culture in one word…

I know Kings would do a great job supporting small businesses in industries like agriculture and food by moving their freight utilising a green fleet approach. Already though, through working collaboratively in new technologies, I know we’re instigating even more sustainable partnerships that bring a win-win for all involved.
