GPS TRACK AND TRACE
- Track and trace is available through a secure web-portal (illustration A) or mobile (illustration B).
- Our customers can log in at any time and view the real-time location of single vehicles, or of the entire fleet (as per illustration A.), end customers can also see the vehicle upon event notification the driver is en route (illustration B).
- Track and trace enables efficient communication with customers on delivery times and the current location of delivery
- On job completion, complete historical routing for individual asset or entire fleet is available


CUSTOMER NOTIFICATIONS
Kings technology offering includes automatic job notifications (via SMS or email) for booking milestones such as:
- A day before and/or the morning of (confirming delivery window)
- pickup
- delivery
- en-route, and
- proximity (e.g. within 2.5km) (breadcrumb style tracking)
Customer Experience
The Customer Experience is a fully automated customer job update platform. The customer can view each stage of their delivery, request a place for us to leave their delivery safe, track the final stage of their delivery on a map and view the signature or proof of delivery.
The platform also allows the customer to leave feedback about our service, which is automatically recorded in our transport management system, Despatch Master.
Customers can tailor their own questions, change the text message wording and also design their own email communication.
