1991
Fleet transport services opens in Melbourne VIC with 5 staff and 1 vehicle
1994
Fleet rebrands to KINGS Transport and Logistics
2002
Kings opens its first interstate office in NSW and quickly builds a strong offering in the Sydney Metro Area
2005
By January 2005, Kings has established offices in QLD, SA and WA.

In July 2005, Building Logistics Management starts operations in Melbourne CBD.
2009
In July 2009, Kings becomes international with the opening of the NZ office in Auckland.

In August, Kings acquires Blue Circle and takes more than 100,000m2 of warehouse space in Melbourne
2010
Kings forms a Board.

Kings continues its run of strategic acquisitions throughout 2010 & 2011.

The purchase of Met-X Group in Melbourne and Forum Transport in Sydney continue the push towards stronger capability and diverse service offering.

Kings NZ offering strengthened with the acquisition of Terry Whittle Transport
2014
Kings National footprint is completed in January 2014 with the opening of the NT office in Darwin and acquisition of P&F Haulage.

The acquisition of Walkers Haulage in February 2014 saw Kings significantly extend its industrial sector presence in the Sydney metropolitan area
2017
Kings rebranded with a new look in 2017 to represent the consolidated group strategy and redefined company values.

In July, Kings was the first Australian transport company to utilise 100% locally manufactured OEM Electric Vehicles

An innovative trial also began with The Pharmacy Guild of Australia to offer pharmaceutical home delivery services.
2018
In April 2018, The Pharmacy Guild of Australia formally apointed Kings as their official logistics partner and co-launched pharmacy to home delivery service

Further 100% Electric Vehicles were launched into the Kings fleet including delivery vans 10-14T GVM Vehicles
2021

2022
Kings officially opened the doors to our new South Australian office in Thebarton.

In October 22, Kings will open 15,000 m2 multi-user warehouse in Dandenong South.
